Smartfeet ships via UPS. We do not ship to any P.O. Box addresses. Occasionally, due to unanticipated demand, we may not have your entire order available for immediate shipment. When this occurs, we ship the available portion of your order and backorder the missing items. You will only be charged once for shipping and handling. No C.O.D.

Returns Policy: You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges. Merchandise received within 7 days will receive a cash refund. Returns over 7 days will receive a store merchandise credit. Merchandise returned must be received in original condition and in original packaging with tags attached. Please, rend all returns to:

International Shipping We use USPS Global Priority shipping to the countries that we ship to. USPS states that is takes 5-9 business days for most countries but we have had reports of it taking almost a month to countries such as Australia. Shipping to Canada is generally quick. International Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes their country places on the shipment. We can not mark items as a gift or lower the value of the shipment. International customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning and exchanging goods. Due to fraud, It is best to pay for an international order via a Paypal account with a confirmed shipping address. If your country is not on the list at checkout and you are a legitimate customer, please contact us and we can work something out.
